Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 30 days after the confirmed delivery date.

To qualify, products must:

• Be unused and in original condition
• Include all original packaging, manuals, and accessories
• Be free from customer-caused damage or modification
• Include proof of purchase

Products that do not meet these conditions may not qualify for a refund.

Non-Returnable Products

Returns cannot be accepted for:

• Customized or special-order products
• Clearance or final-sale merchandise
• Gift cards
• Products damaged through improper installation or misuse

Refund Processing

After your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Financial institutions may require additional time before the refund appears in your account.

Damaged or Incorrect Shipments

If your shipment arrives damaged, defective, or contains an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days after delivery.

Please provide:

• Order number
• Photos of the product
• Photos of the shipping carton
• A description of the issue

Our support team will review your request and arrange an appropriate resolution.

Return Shipping Costs

Unless the return results from our error or a verified manufacturing defect, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
