You workout with us, how?

YEP! Two ways. #1. If you’re in the Charlotte area, we have our own fitness studio in our house, in the University Area where we have people over all the time and you’ll probably meet other coaches on our team working out with us. We LOVE working out with people, it feeds our energy. #2. If you’re not in Charlotte, no problem! We actually just starting doing LIVE workouts via Zoom (like Google Hangout) with our challengers who can’t be with us in person, but love to do the workouts with us. It works out really well and it’s pretty freakin’ cool.
