A passionate husband and wife team who love fitness.
We are Fitness Coaches who through our own fitness journeys have been able to learn from some of the best trainers and nutritionists in the world. Our #1 goal is to help you find a new lifestyle that incorporates exercise and nutrition so you can reach your fitness goals. We use programs including (but not limited to): P90X3, INSANITY MAX:30, 21 Day Fix and more. We use accountability to help you with your daily exercise and nutrition and teach you how to eat 85/15 so that you’re not denying yourself completely, but also moving forward with where you want to be.
Our coaching is a free service to you when you purchase any programs we sell. It doesn’t matter where you live – it’s all about support and being there for you with any questions you may have about the fitness programs or the nutrition that goes with them.
That’s what makes NC Fit Club different – we offer you our support so that you don’t have to go through your journey alone. We were where you are, we did these programs (and still do). So we know what you are going through and the struggles you’ll face because we faced them as well. We’ll help you make sense of it all and get you to the finish line of your fitness goals. We can’t wait to get to know you!
I was 33 years old when my fitness journey started. I was 80+ pounds overweight, had a horrible fall off the roof of my house and had to be taken to the hospital. The ER doctor said I was lucky to not be dead or paralyzed, the reason? Her words “Because you had so much girth around your waist, it protected your spine.
Yes, being fat saved my life while at the same time giving me the “ah-ha” moment that forced me to make a change. I was tired of being that insecure, overweight, out of shape dad/husband. No longer would I be the guy who would be afraid to take his shirt off at the pool or beach. But in all honesty, it was more than that, it became more about who I became on this journey and how it changed my life and changed the way I feel.
That day eventually led me to here, where all I want is for you to experience the best that you can be. I know that if I can do it, anyone can.
When Todd began his fitness journey I had my doubts. I had seen him start and stop things, but this time was different. We made a decision to embark on his fitness journey together.
Even though I didn’t have a ton of weight to lose, I did want to feel better about myself and have more confidence in my appearance. I ended up losing 10 pounds in the first year of us working out together, which was nice in addition to the changes outside of the weight-loss that I experienced.
I became that woman who could do pull-ups and push-ups, I gained definition in my shoulders and arms, not the body builder kind, the sexy woman kind! What I love about what we do is when I see people change for the better and to be on that journey with them. I love what this journey has done for my family and our marriage. Let’s be honest, when you and your hubby feel good about each other, it’s pretty amazing.
