P90X 2 Journey: Days 2-5

Here’s the last couple of days…..I beginning to see why they call this the “Foundation Phase”.

    Great vids. Can’t wait to get my copy. Just a quick question. In the first phase I see that ab-ripper is only done once per week. Do you get a good ab workout by doing the other dvd’s?
