Ok, so I started off Insanity the Asylum a little scared. Correction, A LOT scared.  And with good reason. Insanity the Asylum workout that Shaun T has created is by far one of the hardest and most challenging workout routines I’ve ever done.  When I saw him back in March he told me “This workout will change your body.”  And it did.

After 30 days of Insanity the Asylum, I went from 12.9% body fat to 11.9% body fat.  My lean muscle went from 159 lbs. to 162 lbs., so I was happy about that.  One thing I learned from Insanity the Asylum was that I was capable of doing more than I ever thought I could.  Here’s my thoughts after finishing the program.  To buy the Asylum and have us coach you through it (for free), click HERE.

As you can tell in my below before & after photo, I got freakin’ ripped going through Insanity the Asylum! And I could not be happier with the results. My 1% drop might not sound like a lot, but trust me, it is and it’s very noticeable and so is the 3 full pounds of lean muscle too.   • Hey! @itsMAPF from Twitter here! Great results! I’m resetting my Insanity to Day 1 this June 1st. Sad but I hope nothing comes up and hope I eat right this time. Big improvement for you! Got the Asylum downloaded a;ready after Insanity but I lack equipments so I’ll see what I can do. Too bad I won’t earn the shirts after the workout’s complete but will get the good results. 🙂 Congrats again Todd! You definitely earned it! 🙂
