Beachbody On Demand

Finally You Can Stream Your Favorite Workouts! 

We’ve heard for years how much easier it would be if you could just stream your favorite workout while on the go, now you can!

Beachbody On Demand has launched and it’s now LIVE!  There is now an impressive library in there now and there’s much more to come!  Check out this video explaining how it works.

Options, Options, Who Wants Options?

Next Set of Accountability Brings Variety

So as we come out of the 2014 Beachbody Coach Summit, we always have cool new programs (like PiYo, 3 Day Refresh and soon P90) but this Summit was different and I’ll tell you why in a minute.

First Things First

piyo.001Alisha is SUPER excited about PiYo, coming off a really bad quad injury and having knee issues from the past, she’s looking forward to a low impact workout that really helps the body heal injuries and get lean and strong without any equipment.  I too will be mixing this in to my routine for flexibility improvement.

Alisha is wanting to start an All Female PiYo Group for just the ladies in July starting on Monday July 7th.  If you’d like to be in that private Facebook PiYo Accountability Group, please contact her immediately at [email protected] and she’ll hook you up.  Oh yeah, did we mention free PiYo swag for the group….yep, you’ll get it.  More on that soon!

21 Day Fix Still Going Strong!

YES, we are still launching 21 Day Fix Groups all the time.  There’s always a 21 Day Fix group going on, with it only being 3 weeks long, it’s not hard for you to jump in and use it as an opportunity to start some good habits.  We also have 5 Day Clean Eating Groups, that are even a simpler step than that!  So that could be an option to look into.  Again, just reach out to my awesome wife, [email protected] and we’ll get you all the info.  The cool thing about the 21 Day Fix, is we use the container system for all the programs that we do, so we’ll be right there with you on the daily nutrition and the workouts are amazing, especially the ab one!

Now for MY PEEPS!!!

10494841_10152413602947891_4944241702169083858_nAmanda and I (she’s my workout partner on You Tube if you don’t know) pride ourselves on trying to get better all the time.  We sometimes push too hard and don’t take breaks when we should, but we’ve gotten better.  As our thirst for knowledge and change grows, we reach out to people who know more than us so we can learn and get better, after all, if we get better…then we can pass it on to you and help you get better.

I’ve known Keith Queen (from P90X3) for years and recently got to be friends with Sean Callahan (from X2, X3 and good buds with Tony H) over the last year or so.  The man is a pull-up beast and very wise when it comes to fitness, they both are.  As you can tell, he was killing me in the workout.  Amanda and I took the opportunity to learn from them and will so again in September when we meet again for another workout to measure gains (little contest we have going).

What Amanda and I learned was that we were on the right track, BUT I wasn’t bringing it to you in a way to where you could really go on the journey with us.  In other words, we were having a lot of fun behind the scenes and not including you!  Not sure why, you can hate us later.  Point is, we came up with some cool ideas and now know how and what to share, so you can do it with us.  To view the videos from our workout here’s Part 1 and Part 2.

10486971_1438153039788330_639825400781518537_nWe’re starting a P90X3 Group, also on July 8th, where we will coach you through the X3 program for 90 days….but…we’re also going to post some fitness challenges each month that you’ll do in addition to the X3 workouts.  Stuff that will help you improve on your X3 results and also use what your are learning in X3 and apply it outside of the workouts.

PiYo – Now Available!

PIYO Workout, Coming to Your DVD Player!

Piyo is a workout designed by celebrity trainer Chalene Johnson, creator of Turbo Jam, Turbo Fire, Chalean Extreme and more.  Piyo is a high-intensity, low-impact workout for a new kind of STRONG.

For those of you who have ever taken a PIYO workout at your local gym or YMCA, big news!!!!  You can now do it in the luxury of your home.  Now the flexibility to take it with you when you travel or do it on the days between classes in your living room.

What is Piyo?

Piyo will carve an intensely defined physique-without jumps, without weights, and without joint strain. Using body weight, PiYos uses low-impact, high-intensity movements inspired by Pilates and yoga. The result? Long, lean, muscles, a high, firm booty, and tight, flat, sexy abs. PiYo will work every single muscle to stabilize, stretch, and strengthen every inch of a body.
