P90X & Asylum Hybrid Day 12: Back and Biceps

P90X / INSANITY THE ASYLUM HYBRID: Day 12 Back and Biceps.  I decided to go old school with an oldie but goodie.  It’s amazing how much you lose muscle memory when you go back to stuff you haven’t done in a while.

P90X & Asylum Hybrid: Day 9 Vertical Plyo & Basketball

P90X / INSANITY THE ASYLUM HYBRID: Day 9 Vertical Plyo and Basketball.  So as I continue this new journey mixing in my old favorite friend P90X into my workouts…I really missed playing basketball while doing The Asylum.  So I’m forcing myself to stay on schedule and still play ball with the guys I’ve played w/ for the last 2+ years.  It’s not easy.

P90X & Insanity Asylum Hybrid: Day 6 Speed & Agility

P90X and INSANITY THE ASYLUM Hybrid, Day 6.  Today was Speed and Agility.  I can say I was sore in my back and arms from Back and Base yesterday and Speed and Agility definitely didn’t get easier.

Insanity Asylum Review of Shaun T’s Workout

My Insanity Asylum Review: how a workout kicked my butt and got me crazy ripped!

Shaun T with Todd & Alisha Midgett

Insanity the Asylum Workout Review

Ok, so I started off Insanity the Asylum a little scared. Correction, A LOT scared.  And with good reason. Insanity the Asylum workout that Shaun T has created is by far one of the hardest and most challenging workout routines I’ve ever done.  When I saw him back in March he told me “This workout will change your body.”  And it did.

Welcome to Insanity Asylum Review

After 30 days of Insanity the Asylum, I went from 12.9% body fat to 11.9% body fat.  My lean muscle went from 159 lbs. to 162 lbs., so I was happy about that.  One thing I learned from Insanity the Asylum was that I was capable of doing more than I ever thought I could.  Here’s my thoughts after finishing the program.  To buy the Asylum and have us coach you through it (for free), click HERE.

Insanity The Asylum: My Official Review

I posted my Insanity Asylum review on YouTube, watch it! I talk about the differences between my experience with Insanity vs Insanity the Asylum.

By far one of the most challenging workouts I’ve ever done.  I can’t wait to see what Shaun T comes up with next on the future volumes.  To see my progress and my improvement over the 30 days I’ve listed links to all 30 videos below.  And remember, we’re here for you if you need us for support with Asylum or any program.  Reach out to us for information on our Free Coaching Page.

My Before & After Photos

As you can tell in my below before & after photo, I got freakin’ ripped going through Insanity the Asylum! And I could not be happier with the results. My 1% drop might not sound like a lot, but trust me, it is and it’s very noticeable and so is the 3 full pounds of lean muscle too. I’m excited to share with you my day 1 and day 30 pics with you, check them out below!

And That Wraps Up My Insanity Asylum Review!
