Next Set of Accountability Brings Variety
First Things First
Alisha is SUPER excited about PiYo, coming off a really bad quad injury and having knee issues from the past, she’s looking forward to a low impact workout that really helps the body heal injuries and get lean and strong without any equipment. I too will be mixing this in to my routine for flexibility improvement.
Alisha is wanting to start an All Female PiYo Group for just the ladies in July starting on Monday July 7th. 21 Day Fix Still Going Strong!
YES, we are still launching 21 Day Fix Groups all the time. There’s always a 21 Day Fix group going on, with it only being 3 weeks long, it’s not hard for you to jump in and use it as an opportunity to start some good habits. We also have 5 Day Clean Eating Groups, that are even a simpler step than that! So that could be an option to look into. Again, just reach out to my awesome wife, [email protected] and we’ll get you all the info. The cool thing about the 21 Day Fix, is we use the container system for all the programs that we do, so we’ll be right there with you on the daily nutrition and the workouts are amazing, especially the ab one!
Now for MY PEEPS!!!
Amanda and I (she’s my workout partner on You Tube if you don’t know) pride ourselves on trying to get better all the time. We sometimes push too hard and don’t take breaks when we should, but we’ve gotten better. As our thirst for knowledge and change grows, we reach out to people who know more than us so we can learn and get better, after all, if we get better…then we can pass it on to you and help you get better.
I’ve known Keith Queen (from P90X3) for years and recently got to be friends with Sean Callahan (from X2, X3 and good buds with Tony H) over the last year or so. The man is a pull-up beast and very wise when it comes to fitness, they both are. As you can tell, he was killing me in the workout. Amanda and I took the opportunity to learn from them and will so again in September when we meet again for another workout to measure gains (little contest we have going).
What Amanda and I learned was that we were on the right track, BUT I wasn’t bringing it to you in a way to where you could really go on the journey with us. In other words, we were having a lot of fun behind the scenes and not including you! Not sure why, you can hate us later. Point is, we came up with some cool ideas and now know how and what to share, so you can do it with us. To view the videos from our workout here’s Part 1 and Part 2.
We’re starting a P90X3 Group, also on July 8th, where we will coach you through the X3 program for 90 days….but…we’re also going to post some fitness challenges each month that you’ll do in addition to the X3 workouts. Stuff that will help you improve on your X3 results and also use what your are learning in X3 and apply it outside of the workouts.
AND YES….this group too, will get SWAG! Not only will you get swag if you purchase the X3 Challenge Pack (I know some of you already have and that’s cool) but all of you will be featured on a Leader Board each week and compete for some cool prizes!
