This week’s Mailbag Video talking about dairy in your diet, what to do without a pull up bar and sticking with the schedule.
I have 2 questions.
1 – When you mentionned during Strength that you were using 30s at the end, were you using 30s from the start of the workout?
After watching you, I’ve upped to 25s from 20s, but the 2nd and 3rd set of Hip Flies were really hard. I couldn’t keep the pace on the 2nd set and completely failed during trhe 3rd.
I can’t imagine moving up to 30s. The overhead presses may also give my neck a problem.
2 – I know you’re doing doubles when playing basketball, but what program would you recommend that you can setup as to avoid doing doubles on days when you have othter activities, hockey (goalie) in my case.
