Day 2, Much Better Day

jan 11207869_10150152597007891_537352890_6728732_3083042_nDay 2 was MUCH better from a diet standpoint.  Started off the morning with Shakeology as usual.  Did my P90X MC:2 workout Shoulders and Arms, P90X Recovery Drink and then for lunch had an awesome salad with chicken.  Protein bar mid afternoon for a snack and then Hawaiian chicken over rice with green beans and peaches for supper.

So I was on track for a score of 10 on my diet and then I gave in to the temptation and at the dark chocolate bar.  But I’m not going to beat myself up too bad.  I have to keep it real and know that I’m still going to splurge from time to time.  So I’m going to give myself a 8.5 on the diet.

I was down about 2lbs, so that’s good.  I figure if I can get to about 180-179, I’ll be able to hit the 10% mark on the body fat…maybe more.  So I’m at 183….shooting for 180 and we’ll go from there.
